1. Filter bag composition
The filter bag is the core component of the bag filter. The outer filter bag type dust collector is composed of a filter bag and its accessories. The accessories of the outer filter bag include venturi, frame, bag mouth elastic ring, etc. The accessories are arranged:
The filter bag and its accessories of the inner filter bag filter. The accessories mainly include the anti-deflation ring, the bag mouth ring, and the bag cap, clamp, hanging device for installation, and so on.
2. Classification of filter bags
1) Classification according to cross-sectional shape According to the shape of the filter bag, it can be divided into the following categories.
①Round filter bag The filter bag is round and through, and the round bag is divided into the long bag and short bag according to different lengths. It is expressed by diameter * length.
②Flat filter bags, including rectangular and trapezoidal, their specifications are expressed by perimeter * length.
③Special-shaped filter bag The specifications of the special-shaped filter bag are expressed by the special parameters of its structure.
2) Classification according to the air filtering direction of the filter bag According to the air filtering direction of the filter bag, it can be divided into the following categories
①External filter type The dust-facing surface is on the outside of the filter bag, and the dust-laden airflow flows from the outside of the filter bag to the inside of the filter bag, and the dust layer accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag. The outer filter type includes a round bag and a flat bag.
②Inner filter type The dust-facing surface is inside the filter bag, and the dust-containing air flow is smooth inside the filter bag outside the filter bag, and the dust layer accumulates on the inner surface of the filter bag. The inner filter type is generally a round bag.
