1. 2. Cephalosporins: Remove the filter bag, put it in the prepared 1% sodium carbonate solution, soak for ten minutes to inactivate, remove, remove the foreign matter in the bag, rinse with drinking water, Gently tap and wash until the washing water is clear. After drying flat in a clean area, check the filter bag carefully. If it is damaged, replace the filter bag in time.
3. The primary and medium-efficiency filters should be cleaned and dried indoors. The unused filter bags are cleaned and put into clean plastic bags and sealed for storage.
4. At the beginning of each workshop, the medium-efficiency filter is dedicated and shall not be used interchangeably. At the beginning of each workshop, the medium-efficiency filter should be cleaned, dried, and stored separately.
5. The initial and medium-efficiency filters for the production of cephalosporin drugs should be dedicated and not interchangeable or interchangeable with the initial and intermediate-efficiency filters for the production of common chemical drugs.
6. When the clean primary and medium-efficiency filters are installed, and the initial pressure difference is less than the original initial pressure difference of the filter, the filter bag cannot be used continuously and should be eliminated.
